Letter to President Obasanjo and General Danjuma

In view of my written article: Fulani Aristocracy and what is happening in Ivory Coast. It becomes imperative that the mentioned names should be properly advised as a way forward.

First, as a matter of urgency, the Federal Government should embark on comprehensive National I.D. scheme, as to identify every Nigerian before January 30th, 2003. In this event, all, immigrants/foreigners leaving and entering Nigeria, must be required to fill a computerized forms with their thumb prints, which will be feed into National database, and to cross-check some foreigners who must have being parading themselves as Hausa-Nigerians. Even Nigerians leaving or entering Nigeria, should be required to complete forms to compliment our I.D database information. Foreigners with Int’l passports with
visas and those foreigners without valid traveling documents, must be made to complete immigrant’s database forms, as to ascertain their actual figure and eradicate their input from our population.

In North, where no distant immigrants have being overloading the local natives, intensive campaign should be carried on all borders’ checks where Nigeriens, Malians Chadians etc who being intimidating Nigerian indigenous local populace with the help of Fulani Hegemony who preferred helping the immigrants to local natives.

Secondly, Federal Government should spell out policy to our immigrating Neighbours who are residing in Nigeria, that they are allowed to engage only in commerce but they are restrict from participating in politics as to avoid ugly occurrence of immigrants who
took arm against the Natives in case of Ivory Cost. What is happening in Ivory Coast could be a child play if Nigeria could not take necessary precaution and measures to forestall similar ugly occurrence in Nigeria, where descendants of first generation immigrants took arm and battle / challenge the Ivorien natives who welcomed them in first place to stay and engage in commerce and politics. In lieu of this, government should enact policy while National Assembly should pass a bill restricting immigrants to only Commerce.

Comprehensive National I.D. and Immigrant’s forms compilation, will definitely and finally fish out all remaining Ghost workers across all Government departments/ parastatals. Although, Federal Government and State Government did their best to audit the Workers list to eradicate Ghost Workers, much could not be achieved, due to defects and loopholes which were created in every Government department by Mafia/oligarchy / Western exploiters who used every means to undermine our systems and impoverish
Nigerians, thereby creating underdevelopment.

From my observation, the Mafia cut across the Nation, used duplication of few personal data to input into different ministries, Agencies and departments, as to beat any auditing that might be carried out by any Government. But, with Natural I.D. in place and comprehensive Natural Database with all thumb prints of everybody in Nigeria, with every department being connected to the Natural database grid. This, will cross-check the duplication of thumb prints. All foreigners thumb prints will be connected database enhancing the eradication of those neighbouring countries’ immigrants who might want to secure National I.D. cards.

Once, the I.D. Scheme is completed successfully, we can then evolve a National Welfare packages for all Nigerians. Each state, outside Lagos, can be able to estimate the exact number of its people, to place on Welfare Scheme, and the exact number of workers in the state within it’s financial capacity. This, will enhance the state to budget fund for Welfare packages, and individuals without jobs will be paid monthly as to survive while Teachers will be included and well compensated as exact number of teachers will be
ascertained.

Then, Nigeria can now start to think of genuine development which comes from peaceful stability and conducive economic environment, as Nigerians can start to do deep thinking and researches to which enhance development. Genuine intellectual and technology know
how of Nigeria will be improved as Nigerians can sometime stay – off from daily struggling of daily needs and sit down to do research as they can depend on welfare. Also, crime will be reduced drastically, such as people remain peaceful as they know that their relations in various villages, are taken care-of by the welfare packages. Western exploiters who exploited our census and place Minority Oligarchy to rule Nigeria after brain washing them that they borne to rule and making it difficult for present Government to commence the I.D. project, as government is being threatened.

Without I.D. cards, Welfare Scheme cannot be evolved. The Mafia created loopholes in every sector of our economy and with help of their agents who enriches them as without knowing the exact amount damage, done to Nigeria, while the Western exploiters / oligarchy knows the extent of damage of these acts, in undermining the development of Nigeria.

Finally, President Obasanjo should sometime seek the advice of General Danjuma and toe some hard principle in dealing with core North as Gen. Danjuma knows the
North very well than any body in this present administration, knowing fully well that he has served core North since 1966 and Core North has not show any respect for his immense contribution toward their up-brining. Many Core North Advisers/Ministers are playing to the gallery, endeavour to use double standard when dealing with Core North, maybe of
strategy.

My suggestion is that Mr. President should appoint Mr. Solomon Lar to co-ordinate the technicality of political campaign for North. Presidential campaign office must fund and always seek advice from Mr. Solomon Lar and General T. Danjuma, who have known the political terrain of North.

Efforts should be made to rendered special assistance to ingenuous politicians who are constrained by the various political and economic barriers which were created by the emirate councils, to the frustrate the Natives. It is well known fact all these Northern politicians are not representing the interest of real Natives. There should be an arrangement of the dumping of unpopular elitist politicans who are not interested in
developing North but who are playing politic to the gallery, as they fully know that genuine Northern development, will empower the Natives against oligarchy who prefers helping neighouring immigrants.

The North is making great mistake, for not knowing that once the North and South issue being resolved, the harsh neighbouring countries’ people, can conspire with their descendants who are in Nigeria, assuming to Hausa to disrupt our political system and engage force of arm, in collaboration with Western Exploiters who knew that Nigerians are becoming wiser daily and they cannot manipulate us. Bakassi was awarded to the
Camerounians, as greatest designs of deceit / loot by the French, British and Cameroun as the oil found is to be shared by them as Cameroun cannot claim the genuine ownership of Bakassi. Although, I am not a lawyer, but it is known fact that General Gowon, entered into a casual agreement when Bakassi was not part of Nigeria which is not binding on Nigeria.
 

So, it is not a legal evidence as Biafra only surrendered to Nigeria in 1970, and there were documents signed by both parties, which was returned by the Biafra Territory to Nigeria. .
