Ohanaeze Ndigbo is calling all Igbos and their sympathisers to report any information on the atrocities and genocide committed against the Igbos before, during and after the Nigerian Civil war of 1967 to 1970 to Ohanaeze Secretariat in Enugu before the April 25, 2001. Any individual including all the International humanitarian and human right organizations who saw , noticed and recorded atrocities committed against the Igbos should report, call or send the relevant information to Ohanaeze Secretariat in Enugu or through Igbo World congress at the above address. Evidence, records and information on human right abuse which can be sent are on : Massacre, maimed and rape by the federal troops, Genocide, refugee problems, bombing and shooting on civilian targets, abuse of children, elderly and women, maltreatment of prisoners, hunger as a weapon of war, mass dismissal of Igbo public servants, abandon property issues and denial of pre-war savings and investments of Ndigbo in banks and financial houses, etc. Invitation has been extended to the United Nations Organization through the International Human Rights Commission, The Holy See, OAU, International Red Cross and other religious and Human right organization who witnessed and have records and information of what happened before, during and after the war to contact Ohanaeze Ndigbo and Igbo World Congress at the above addresses.
