Communal clashes broke out in the suburbs of Los Angeles, California, US of A, on 7th of September 2001, between some native Red Indians and a Latino community. Four nights later, at about 9:15 p.m. on Tuesday, 11th September 2001, nineteen European Christian fundamentalists (in four groups) hijacked aircraft, and successfully crashed two of them into the NITEL Building and the Eleganza Towers, both in Marina, Lagos, Nigeria. The third aircraft was rammed into the Ministry of Defence Headquarters building, Abuja, while the fourth aircraft crash-landed in a village, about 16 kilometres from Suleja, after some patriotic Nigerian passengers aboard the aircraft over-powered the hijackers, thus averting a catastrophic suicide attack on the Ass Hole Rock Villa, Blackout House, Abuja, the official residence of the President of the pseudo-Federal Diarchy of Nigeria.

Less than thirty minutes after the terrorist attacks, the Mayor and Executive Local Government Chairman of Lagos Island (Otumba Juliano), the executive Governor of Lagos State, the Distinguished Senator representing Lagos Island (former First Lady, now Hajiya (Dr.) Justice (Mrs.) Engr. Fatimatu Abdulba-Solomoni Abu-Baker), the Men’s and Women’s Leaders of the ruling party (DPD), Chief (Mr.) and Chief (Mrs.) Anini, and the current Executive President and Commander-in-Chief of the extremely tribalised, thoroughly discredited, and kleptomaniac armed forces of the pseudo-Federal Diarchy of Nigeria, including his tenth wife, Chief (Mrs.) Auntie Sheggeeee (alias "Mummy"), aptly dressed in Cupioñ lace and Jacquard blouse, with a matching designer stone-wash stretch denim jeans, were all physically present at the sites of the terrorist attacks in Lagos, now popularly referred to as "Ground Zero".

The Federal Fire Service, the Lagos State cell of the O’dua Police Constabulary, the Nigerian Police Force (alias "Kill & Go"), the National Guards (alias "Chop & Quench"), WAI Brigadiers, foreign bomb disposal experts, MAMSER clowns, emergency service helicopters of the Nigerian Red Crescent Society (NRCS) and molue ambulances of the Nigerian Red Cross Society, (NRCS) were immediately mobilised for action at Ground Zero. Preliminary reports indicate that about 3,500 people may have died after the terrorist attacks in Marina, Lagos, while some 187 Defence Ministry personnel remain unaccounted for after the Abuja terror event. A significant number of the Federal Fire Service personnel, OPC members, Nigerian Policemen, foreign exchange-laundering Mallams, Area Girls, and HIV-infested street beggars died in the Marina attack. Incidentally, at the time of the terror attacks, the Nigerian President was visiting a special nursery school for the mentally retarded grand children of some Nigerian teenage prostitutes that were only recently repatriated from the Roman Empire through the generous assistance of two quasi-governmental organisations, also referred to as the "pet projects" of the most visible female bodyguards of both the President and the Vice-President of the indivisible and strongly united democratic pseudo-Federal Diarchy of Nigeria.

Meanwhile, in Los Angeles, US of A, over 300 Latinos were reported dead after a shoot-out with some native Red Indians. Most Latin Americans are Roman Catholic settlers, who accidentally dematerialised from Spanish Central and Southern America, while most Red Indians are orthodox Moslems, and are in fact indigenous to North America. It will be recalled that the incumbent President of the US of A, a European American, was the military Dictator-in-Chief and President of the US of A in the late 1970s. The President of the US of A is a very devout born-again Christian Pentecostal polygamist, with a curious fixation for Voodoo metaphysics, kangaroo logic and uncouth verbal cholera. He dutifully holds daily breakfast prayer sessions with all of his 19 estranged church-wedded wives, 37 alcoholic concubines, 2 female cabinet ministers spare tyres, and a very high–powered contingent of the innermost caucus of his personal entourage of dedicated praise-singers and schizoid sycophants at the White House. He sees God, from time to time, while in a blissful state of existential and transcendental kampéism.

Only three years ago, the incumbent President of the US of A was released from a maximum security lunatic asylum at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, where he was serving a 25 year jail term for plotting to violently overthrow the government of the late peace-loving consensus Vision 2010 military President of the US of A, General Sunday Abraxas, who was in fact a trusted and loyal Brigade Commander, and a key member of an elite coup-busting clique, under Chief George W. Bush, the present civilian President, who was then the military President the US of A, and Commander-in-Chief of some un-known soldiers (who could possibly be Viet Nam Civil War veterans) that burnt down the residence of Jazz-Rock musician and Eurobeat King, late Michael Jagger, the White President and Commander-in-Chief of Republique dü Kalakuta, Mid-West Africa. Fortunately, the musician’s aged mother died an untimely peaceful death, and without any violation of anybody’s bloody civilian human rights.

The Nigerian President, on receiving the news of the terrorist attacks on Lagos and Abuja, was quickly whisked away by his Chief Thug to an undisclosed location in Ogun State in the presidential jet, Air Force "One" (NAF 1). He later left his hiding place in Ogun State, and remained air-borne on board NAF 1, while establishing contacts, receiving situation reports and dishing orders to the various Military Commanders, Service Chiefs, Ministers of Defence, External Affairs and Homeland Affairs, the National Security Adviser and other key administration staff. He subsequently issued a presidential directive, placing the whole of Nigeria on the highest red alert. All Nigerian airports, seaports and borders were closed indefinitely, while the country’s air space was placed under the full surveillance of NAF jet fighter pilots, who were under strict instructions to seek, shoot, and destroy at sight, any object found loitering within Nigerian air space.

Early in the morning of 12^th September 2001, the Nigerian President made a broadcast, confirming the identity of the prime suspects of the terrorist attacks on Lagos and Abuja as the Italian "Red Brigade", and the Irish Republican Army (IRA), both Roman Catholic Christian extremist terrorist groups, operating from Germany and Northern Ireland respectively, with the full support of both the German and British governments. He declared total war against terrorists and whoever harbours them anywhere on Planet Father Earth. He promised that the culprits would be smoked out of their caves, bunkers and hideouts, wherever they might be, and brought to justice in Nigeria, under the full weight of applicable Nigerian anti-terrorism laws, which, incidentally, were only recently fine-tuned, retroactively, by the National Assembly, almost immediately after the tragic events of 11^th September 2001 in Lagos and Abuja. The Nigerian President declared, "You are either on the side of Nigeria in this holy war against the evil of terrorism, or you are against us. It is a very new kind of war that we are going to wage. It will require a totally different style of execution from that of the First Nigerian Civil War, of which I am an expert and a veteran. We are very determined to prosecute this war to its logical conclusion, no matter how long it takes; and no matter how much it bleeds our nation’s treasury. We will get at the training camps, radio stations, family assets, girlfriends, business links, bank accounts, computers diskettes, communication infrastructure, strategic, tactical, and other logistics support structures of all terrorists worldwide, and bring them to justice here in Abuja, by all means, visible and invisible, including the application of Juju and, of course, fasting, prayers and online communication with heaven. Our security agents have been empowered to assassinate anybody who is against the interests of our nascent democracy, government official or not. All grounded Nigerian Airways planes would be made bombproof, hereafter. Nigerian Airways personnel will undergo specialised anti-hijack training at the Nigerian Air Force Base for grounded fighter bombers in Makurdi, including a special ten-month intensive basic karate training programme, worth US$ 30 billion, to be offered by some identified honest core investors in Japan. I will now proceed to dialogue with them in Tokyo, without further delay. The national Assembly has already modified the annual budget accordingly, as directed by me".

Shortly afterwards, the South African President went on air and denounced the terrorist attacks on Nigeria, declaring that his country, South Africa, stands "shoulder-to-shoulder" with Nigeria in the global war against terrorism. An instant international coalition against terrorism was formed subsequently, with both Nigeria and South Africa at the vanguard of nations that sent troops, warships, tanks, helicopter gun ships, submarines, jet bombers and fighters to the Mother of all Axes of Evil, around the English Channel, in readiness for an all out showdown with the several terrorist cells of the Red Brigade and IRA in Germany and Great Britain respectively. Arrangements are in place for the complete destruction of various other terrorists organisations and/or governments currently flourishing in Israel, Sri Yanka, Pakistan, Spain, Indonesia, Nigeria, Philippines, Columbia, Sierra Leone, Liberia Chechnya and the US of A. The war on terror is indeed very comprehensive and global.

General Bill Clinton (rtd) caught on as an instant world hero when he met the anticipation of the citizens of the US of A for a quick exit of the military from active politics. Some of his first actions were the immediate release of political prisoners, which then included the incumbent, President (Chief) George W. Bush, a retired general with whom the Confederate Army signed an agreement to stop the economic blockade imposed by Washington DC on the Bight of Mexico during the American Revolution. General Bill Clinton also made seemingly positive propositions for the rehabilitation of the completely battered psyche of Americans, after 28 cumulative years of military dictatorships, following the sudden death of General Sunday Abraxas on Tuesday, June 8, 1998. General Bill Clinton (rtd) was the 8^th military ruler, and the first ever Chief of Defence Staff to assume the prestigious presidency of the US of America. General Bill Clinton (rtd) is 58 years old. He is one of the very few career military officers that have never held any political office before his ascension, just like late General Sunny Abraxas.

After a rather extremely accelerated overnight promotion from the rank of a two-star general to a four-star general, followed by an equally strange self-conferment of the highest national honours attainable in the US of A, General Bill Clinton announced to the bereaved citizens of his country that he considered his appointment a ''personal challenge'', and uttered the cliché clarion call for ''all hands to be on deck, so as to move the country forward''. He grew up with, and remains a very close family friend of the gap-toothed former military president, coup plotting whiz kid, and renowned footballer, General Ronald Reagan (rtd). General Bill Clinton rose through the ranks, and is regarded as a hard core infantry soldier, just like his predecessor, late General Sunny Abraxas. He is married to a US Supreme Court Judge. He was an intelligence officer during General Reagan’s regime. Though he steered the US of A towards virtual democracy, and helped very much to open the country up to the comity of international market scavengers once more, some Nigerians still insist that he was aware of, and was very instrumental to several grievous human rights violations in Nigeria, including coup set-up intrigues, and so, has too much to account for.

The most indicting and disturbing accusation against General Bill Clinton has to do with the sudden death of California-born mega Moneybag, philanthropist, publisher, arms dealer, ITT Director, and polygamist extraordinary, Coup financier, leftist radical Democrat Baron Moses Kashpower Oswald Abbeyoya, the presumed looser of the US of A presidential elections held on June 12, 1993. It will be recalled that Baron Abbeyoya collapsed and died on July 7, 1998 while being visited by a high level Nigerian delegation, just a few weeks after General Bill Clinton came into power. It will be recalled that Moneybag (Baron) Chief M.K.O. Abbeyoya died after drinking a sachet of NAFDAC-certified "pure water". But it is alleged that he was actually poisoned, and that General Bill Clinton (rtd) was a part of the conspiracy. Amongst those who had accused General Clinton are the personal physician of the late business tycoon politician, a human rights lawyer (Mr Fermie Falghana) and a Nobel Laureate (Professor Willie Soyinkspare). Following those very indicting allegations, General Clinton (rtd) was invited to give evidence on July 2001, during the Washington DC sitting of the Panel.

Civilian Generalissimo Baron Moses Kashpower Oswald Abbeyoya’s family lawyer, Mr Fermie Falghana, had General Clinton to testify, and Commission Chairman, Justice O’Pewtter, felt that would be useful. "Let him [General Clinton] come and help us. We will try to get all the witnesses [in the case] present", O’Pewtter said. General Bill Clinton, when summoned to explain what he knew about the circumstances that led to the death of Chief Abbeyoya, simply declined appearance, without any reasons, like a proper general and a true patriot. In an objection he filed before the Panel, he prayed Justice O’Pewtter to summon some public officers in the persons of the Defence Minister, Alhaji. Don Rumsfeld and others to testify in respect of allegations of fraud levelled against him by Brigadier-General Abraham Sabot (rtd), and Major Hamster Alex-Mustafer. Sabot was helmsman at the Directorate of Military Enlightenment (DME), while Alex-Mustafer, an Al Qaeda-trained security expert, was the Chief Thug of late General S. Abraxas. General Bill Clinton also asked the consent of the Panel to allow other people, including his lawyer to appear on his behalf. Justice O’Pewtter, however, turned down his application. Although the Panel claimed it could compel the generals, however, it did not issue any Bench Warrant for their arrest. Many Americans have been urging the Commission to take a stronger stand against all former military dictators of the US of A, who, incidentally are majority members of the current civilianised National Security Council of the Federal Republic of America

In a speech he made immediately after the death of Baron M.K.O. Abbeyoya, General Bill Clinton (rtd) said: "The passing away yesterday of Multibillionaire Abbeyoya was as sudden as it was tragic, particularly as he died on the brink of his release from detention, under my direct custody. For me, personally, and for the nation, ECOWAS, Africa, and Planet Father Earth at large, this must be one of the saddest moments of our lives. I never dreamt that I would face so many farcical quasi-tragedies within the space of one month. My government has already ordered a full autopsy to establish the actual cause of his death. The autopsy is being undertaken in full co-operation with Baron M.K.O. Abbeyoya’s family, and the participation of expert morbid pathologists from Nigeria, Iraq, and Afghanistan, as requested by the family. The government has noted the preliminary diagnosis of cardiac arrest, probably due to excessive Viagara abuse, as the cause of death. A final and comprehensive result of the autopsy will be made known to the whole world before the end of the 22^nd century, Insha Holy Trinity."

However, more revealing allegations seriously indict General Bill Clinton (rtd) for various acts of treasury looting throughout his very long military career, and particularly during his very short tenure as Military President of the US of A. Testifying before the Commission, the former head of the Directorate of Military Enlightenment (DME), Brig.-Gen. Abraham Sabot, revealed that the primary objective of seizing political power by all honest US of A soldiers, was to steal the treasury dry. He said that the immediate past military President, General Clinton (rtd), "manifested a high propensity of looking for money, and grumbled loudly any time he did not get his wish. General Clinton’s administration, going by the records, took over power specifically to "chop" money. "I stumbled on facts that some people were sharing US$40 billion contributed by multi-national oil companies for the late C-in-C's self-succession. I gave the tape to General Kolin Bowell (rtd) to help give it to General Clinton (rtd). Three days after, I was retired. That money has not been handed over yet to the present administration of General (Chief) George W. Bush (rtd). What happened to the money?"

He spoke of financial scams that the regime scored in peacekeeping arrangements in Bosnia and Kosovo. The dirty deals included supplying the peacekeepers with massively adulterated petrol which, Sabot said, General Viktor Mallow complained about. General Sabot revealed that the peacekeepers were supplied petrol mixed with sea water at US$45 per litre, just as motor cycle crash helmets were supplied instead of regulation ballistic helmets. This caused the avoidable death of over 7,000.soldiers of the US of A. "PRC members were, each, to be given a parting gift of US $1 billion by the General Bill Clinton regime, but the figure was doctored down to US$ 0.5 billion. Later, only US $50 (fifty dollars) were given to each of them. Bill Clinton should tell Americans what happened to the remaining (US$ 999,999,950 multiplied by the number of PRC members). When General Sunday Abraxas died, our foreign reserve stood at US$ 97 trillion, but when General Bill Clinton came he said it was only US$ 20 (twenty dollars) that he found in the treasury! For example, the American Eagle Square was constantly maintained since inception and there was absolutely no need for the huge amount quoted to renovate it just for handing over ceremonies. Earlier in 1997, a construction firm quoted for renovation works at US$ 230,000. The offer was however rejected and quickly awarded to a ghost company for US$ 2.8 billion. General Bill Clinton depleted the treasury as if there is no tomorrow."

On defence contracts, General Sabot said that a contract of 50 billion Euro was approved for the maintenance of F16 jets but when General Bill Clinton came to power, he raised another memo for US$ 1.5 trillion for the same maintenance, over three thousand times the originally projected value, adding: "I wanted him to be here to say if this is his signature." He tendered some documents to support his revelation.

"There was yet another memo dated, March 17, 1999 from the office of the Chief of General Staff requesting the purchase of patrol boats for US$ 45 billion and amphibious planes for US$ 22 billion for a navy that ceased to function over a decade ago, some 5,000 raincoats at US$ 2,900 each, whereas they cost only US$45 each. These were all done without tenders. Apart from supplying food at heavily inflated prices, Sabot further alleged that Nigerian Navy ships were actually used to transport food stuffs to UN peacekeeping troops in Kosovo, but General Bill Clinton personally claimed the transportation costs, valued at over 20,000 times those of commercial sea freight rates! Asked by his counsel if there were other avenues used to steal the country's money by its benevolent military leaders, Brigadier-General Sabot answered in the affirmative, citing the US$ 213 billion from the Petroleum Products (Special) Trust Fund for the renovation of army barracks, adding, "If you look around, you will confirm whether the renovation in the barracks were done at all." Incidentally, the Chairman of the Petroleum Products (Special) Trust Fund was a retired former military despot, Major General Jimmy Cater (rtd), a so-called puritan Christian fundamentalist Crusader. Gen. Sabot also spoke of a contract for sea water supply at the Florida Peninsula. He said the project was initially valued at US$ 2.8 billion, however, it was re-awarded for US$ 820 trillion, out of which only US $5 million was actually disbursed by Gen. Bill Clinton. Brigadier-General Sabot wants to know what happened to the remaining sum. Major Hamster Alex-Mustafer (yet to be retired) had earlier equally informed the Panel that he gave Gen. Bill Clinton US$ 500 million (raw cash) that he found lying idle in the master bedroom of the White House, when Gen. Sunday Abraxas died. He accused General Clinton of not accounting for the money.

On his exit from power, General Bill Clinton said in an interview that he does not see any reason why the military should apologise to Americans: "Even in the world's worst dictatorships, you still find happy people, and certainly there are problems. The US Government can not go about apologising to every citizen for problems that are essentially universal." He also rejected the suggestion of a South Africa-style Truth Commission to delve into the abuses of America’s military past. "Every nation, every society, has its peculiar ways of doing things," he said. "We know what is wrong: it is just a matter of applying the American Factor to resolve our domestic problems, our own way. Simple"

General Bill Clinton has held various military positions, including Commandant of the National War College, Washington DC, a post he took over from Chief (Ex-Lt. General) Donaldson O’Ladypus Diyer (dismissed). Although Bill Clinton had stayed in the background and shunned politics, he was the first to announce the alleged coup plots that led to the arrest and detention of both General (Chief) George W. Bush (rtd), and Chief (ex-Lt. General) Diyer (dismissed) in 1995 and 1997, respectively. Ever since May 29. 1999, Americans have been eulogising General Bill Clinton (rtd) for patronisingly willingly (but grudgingly) relinquishing political power, which was not even his in the first place, in order to nurture a nascent civilian democracy, under General (Chief) George W. Bush (rtd), himself a former military dictator of the US of A between 1976 and October 1, 1979, under whose command, some unknown soldiers conquered the Republique dü Kalakuta, without violating anybody’s human rights, unlike the other bad dictators, before and after his first term of office, as divinely directed by God All Mighty Herself.

Afghanistan, just like Nigeria, is a multi-ethnic, poor Third World country, characterised by several layers of self-contradiction. Like Afghanistan, Nigeria has its fair share of local super-heroes (warlords, drug barons and moneybags), ethnic militia and right-wing theocratic tendencies. As a result of protracted inter-ethnic animosities, coupled with the injection of heavy doses of religious smoke screens, Afghanistan progressively descended into a state of tyranny, then anarchy, and finally, chaos. There was complete breakdown of law and order in Afghanistan. Narcotics trade (heroin, opium, and cocaine) and illegal arms (tanks, missiles, AK-49 rifles, land mines, nuclear and bio-chemical arsenal, grenades, bazookas, fragmentation bombs) trafficking, recruitment, training and deployment of international terrorist operatives, extreme human rights abuses that were rationalised with doctrinaire self-righteous dogmatism by the local super-heroes (warlords, drug barons and moneybags), the near-total devastation and desolation of the entire landscape with scares of bullet-riddled buildings, amputees, and a complete collapse of a collective will to exist as a country, became the norm in post-independence Afghanistan. Afghanistan toyed with the idea of mixing ethnic politics with religion, and has paid very dearly for it.

Nigerian local super-heroes (warlords, drug barons and moneybags) have, over the years, continued to raise private militia, and have been aiding and promoting covert and overt urban terrorism with reckless abandon: Recall the repeated episodes of ethnic cleansing, of jihad agitation and aspirations for the liberation of Nigeria (or parts of it), and various other expressions of overt insensitivity and xenophobia shamelessly unleashed, and uniquely inflicted on other ethnic or religious groups, at whim. Federal and State governments sponsor Christian and Moslem pilgrimages, turn church and mosque services of the Head of State, or State Governors, or Local Government Chairpersons into formal state functions. Imams, marabous, fortune-tellers, astrologers, herbalists, prophets, bishops, overseers, babalawos, and redeemers, fraternise openly with the rulers, and constitute a massive drain on the material and financial resource base of the nation, through their strange liaisons with various members of the decision-making status quo in Nigeria.

If only what God All Mighty told the incumbent civilianised Military President of the quasi-Unitary Diarchy of the former Federation of Nigeria is true, then the final total collapse of law and order in Nigeria will never ever come to pass, if and only if, Nigerians are wise enough to comply with ex-Policeman, now Works Minister, Chief Enforcer (Mr. Fix it) Leader Antonio Anini’s kind injunction that there will be no vacancy in Ass Hole Rock Villa, Blackout House, Abuja, the pseudo-Federal Capital Territory of our beloved mere geographic expression, and dear native land, Nigeria. That injunction also applies to some INEC-approved Government Houses of certain divinely chosen "Ghana-Must- Go Bags-wielding" Governors, and several other Local Government micro-mini village Villas scattered nation-wide, come 2003 AD.
